These terms apply to the Acaxia Studios parent website at acaxiastudios.com. They do not automatically apply to individual game websites on subdomains, which may publish their own terms.

The studio

Acaxia Studios provides design, technology, marketing, and game development services, and publishes original games as separate products.

Using this website

You may browse the public site for information about the studio, our work, and our games. Do not attempt to access the CMS, probe the server, or submit automated spam through the forms.

Client work

Project engagements are governed by a separate agreement. Nothing on this website is a quote or a contract.

Games

Each game is a distinct product. When a game site is live, its own terms, privacy policy, and support channels apply to that product.

Tools

The Preeti and Unicode converters run in your browser. We do not store the text you convert.
